Bodren Winery is synonymous with top wine predicates. The winery has expelled its vineyards in the region of absolute ecological attributes, on the rested slopes of the tame Hrvatsko Zagorje.
Thanks to the owner of the winery, Mr Boris Drenško, this small, castle-rich region has successfully revived its table noble, hedonistic tradition.
Recognizing in his native Zagorje the microclimatic potential that guarantees high acids in grapes, often highlighted as a lack of dry wines in the region, the skilled winemaker used as an advantage to produce predicates in which acid breaks the sweetness and reduces the impression of weight and makes wines fresh and appealing.
A chance encounter with predicates has grown into a great love for the most environmentally friendly wines, and today represents a rich ten-year experience.
Appearing on the market, Mr Drenški started shyly, but the confirmation of his vision and indisputable quality already after the first harvest arrived with all the world evaluations.
