MESNICA „AS“ produces durable cured meat products in the traditional Slavonian way, which they would call me at home.
We produce products from the middle of 11 months to the end of the second month, ie only three and a half winter months, under controlled conditions, which means that our production is monitored by veterinary services and the Croatian Veterinary Institute by taking swabs on space hygiene and product quality.
We are working on the foundations of the former slaughterhouse, which started working fifty years ago, and Mesnica AS has perfected production because it is based exclusively on the production of KULINA COUNTY, KULIN SEKE, DRY COAST SAUSAGE, DRY BACON, NECK DRY, DOMESTIC FRIED.
