OPG Pranjić Mijo has been engaged in livestock production since 1980. In 2008, we intensively switched to milk production, and later to cheese processing.
Today we have a registered cheese factory and the whole family is involved in the business and is currently the third generation on the family farm.
In production, we strive for quality and for it to be our identity.
From the products we make fresh soft cheeses, cooked, hard, semi-hard, smoked and with various additives (paprika, chives, pepper, parsley, nettle). The aggravating circumstance is that we live “at the end of the world” and in order to sell our product, we will be forced to look for a market in larger centres and even at sea.
It all requires a lot of effort, work and time and I think that should be a sufficient argument for every customer to opt for a domestic product because it indirectly saves their workplace.
