In the production of jam, they use ONLY ONE INGREDIENT – organically grown fruit and thicken it without added sugar, that is, without any other additive. The family farm has its own plantations of figs and quinces and buys other fruits (maraschino cherry, plum, mandarin, etc.) from ecological subcontractors.
The first in a series of products is ŠINJORINA SMOKVA – organic jam made from fresh eco figs without additives, and they have been producing it for more than 17 years. They are followed by ŠINJORINA DUNJA, MARUŠKA, ŠLJIVA and MANDARINA (from whole, unpeeled mandarins!). The products have received numerous domestic and foreign awards for quality and design, and for several years now they have been Champions of Split’s Intrade, an international event for Mediterranean farmers.
Šinjorina eco jams are the essence of fruit and an excellent substitute for fresh fruit out of season. Since the processing is of the seasonal type (no frozen, dried fruit or semi-finished products are used), the amount of jam is limited and thus exclusive and is available until stocks last.
