Promes Cvanciger d.o.o. is a private company owned by the Cvanciger family, derived from the Promes Cvanciger trade with a 30-year tradition in the production of meat and meat products.
Production is based exclusively on raw materials of domestic production from Croatia, always recognized quality and traceability. Promes Cvanciger cooperates with 150 family farms, mainly from the area of Sisak-Moslavina County, and beyond. The entire production is in accordance with the HACCP system and under constant veterinary and sanitary supervision, and work is constantly being done on improvement and modernization. Promes Cvanciger pays special attention to the short supply chain, because it makes us different from others, taking into account the long-term cooperation with local producers.
We are especially proud of our product “Sisak salami” which bears the label originally Croatian product, and also of products that are prepared and produced in the traditional way, such as Tlačenica, Krvavica and Posavska češnjovka, which is guaranteed by the label “Traditional craft product” of Croatia. chambers of crafts. Everything is produced in a meat processing plant, which follows technological standards in the production of semi-permanent and permanent meat products. The company also has its own fleet to perform these activities. The company currently employs 42 skilled workers.
